These Terms of Service govern your use of Send My Invites.

1. The service

Send My Invites provides tools to help users plan events, share invitations, collect responses, and coordinate event details.

2. No venue control or booking agent relationship

Send My Invites does not own, operate, or control venues.

When viewing availability or continuing to a third party booking platform, any reservation or transaction is completed directly with that provider. Send My Invites is not a booking agent and does not guarantee reservations.

3. Accounts and eligibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under your account.

You must use the service lawfully and only for legitimate event planning purposes.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• a) use the service to harass, spam, or mislead others
• b) upload or share content that is unlawful, infringing, or abusive
• c) attempt to access or disrupt systems or data you do not have permission to access
• d) interfere with the experience of other users

5. User content

You retain ownership of the content you submit, such as event details and messages.

You grant Send My Invites a limited license to host, store, process, and display your content solely to provide the service.

6. Third party services

The service may link to third party platforms. Third party services are governed by their own terms and policies. Send My Invites is not responsible for third party services, availability, pricing, or outcomes.

7. Disclaimers

The service is provided as is and as available.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that the service will be error free.

We do not guarantee availability, pricing, or confirmation of bookings made on external platforms.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Send My Invites will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

In any event, our total liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to use the service in the 12 months before the claim, or 100 dollars if you have not paid.

9. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or if required to protect the service or other users.

10. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after updates means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
